原文如上，現在我們開始進行閱讀。市面上英語真題解析的書籍很多，每本書都對文章的每一句話進行了解釋，甚至語法分析，所以在這里不打算翻譯出來這么多的文字。只是將如何在考場上運用5分鐘快速做閱讀題的方法，用文字的方式敘述一遍，大家可以跟著文中的思路走一遍。如果想仔細地學習、研究真題，光看這個5分鐘閱讀的教程是不夠的。

在第一段中就兩句話。顯然第一句話是這一段的主題句，而第二句是Dr.Yehuda說的話。這個Dr.Y我們暫時不用管他是什么人，什么來歷，只要記住這里有這么個人說了這么句話就行了。權威人士的話被拿出來，肯定是用于舉例論證的，論證的就是第一句話。所以這一段的中心思想鎖定第一句話就可以了。
在第二段中，我們看到依然是由兩個很長的句子組成的。這兩句話之中，必然有一句是主題句。我們看看第一句的主干是studieshaveshownsomething,而第二句一開始說的是Inseveralofthestudies?那么就表明第一句是結果，第二句是例子了，第二句的研究得出了第一句的結果。
這個主題句主要說的是什么？“shown”后面的話，是這一句話的主題，也就是這一段的主題。將這句話翻譯出來，就可以知道這段話的大意。
第三段中有三句話，依然可以分為兩個部分，其中的一個部分依然是權威人士Dr.Y的說話內容，引用別人的話是一種論證的手段，所以我們先不要看這個人說了什么，只要記住在這里這人又說話了。可以用鉛筆在試卷上把這個人名圈岀來，這樣如果后文提到這個人，或者問題中提到這個人，你可以再回來看一下。
現在去看段落的另外一個部分，也就是這一段的第一句，這一句是這一段的中心。把第一句看明白了，就知道這段話的意思了。如果對這一句話的理解上有一些困難，可以看看Dr.Y說的話，既然是舉例論證，自然是可以幫助理解的。不過如果看了這個人說的話，就相當于多看了一句話，多花了一些時間。所以在平時學習的時候應該攻克長難句，在這里就能省一點時間。

這一段一眼望去，都是在說一個具體的人舉的例子，大概掃視一下，內容都是引用的話。一般中心思想是不可能出現在一個人說的話里的。既然這一整段都是別人說的話，姑且認為這一段是用來證明上文或者引出下文的。我們接下來看下一段。

這一段是文章的最后一段，比較短小，但是依然有主題句。此段落中有一個but,出現了這個詞，來表示意思的轉折，說明這個but,也就是這個轉折之后的內容必定是重要的內容，也就是傳說中的話鋒一轉。But前面的內容都可以先不看，一定要看but后面的這一句。由于文章的中心思想不是出現在首段就是出現在末端，因此我們可以判定，這句話是整篇文章的中心思想。
那么整篇文章說的是什么呢？說的是女性的壓力。接下來，我們來看題自。

A選項，我們不確定是不是正確答案，暫時先放在這里。

判斷選項的時候，我們只看是否符合剛才我們粗讀全文的時候掌握的文章大意。因為這種非細節題考核的對象肯定是大意而不是細節。
既然B、C、D項都不對，那么再看看A,即使你不知道vulnerable是什么意思，那么你知道biologically吧？從生物學的角度，即使你不知道準確的意思，你也應該知道和生物有關吧？
文章的第二段提到了荷爾蒙“hormones”，那么荷爾蒙是生物、醫學方面的吧？對應上了吧？這題該選A了吧？
關于hormones這個詞，我不記得是不是大綱里的詞匯了，但是作為眾所周知的科技名詞，考生應該要有些印象的，即使沒有印象，這種外來詞都是采取的音譯，讀單詞的時候，就應該知道是指荷爾蒙。

實際上，第三段和第四段是具有連續性的，如果第三段里沒有出現我們要尋找的答案，就應該接下去看第四段。

剛剛我們把這段話跳過去了，現在問內容，那么還是看看這個人說了些什么。
但凡是一個正常人說話，也都是有主題的，所以不要看到有雙引號的內容就覺得頭疼。我們來看一下這個人說了什么。這里有兩個關鍵的形容詞“chronicorrepeated",是不是和C選項的內容對應？只是不同的說法而已。
雖然A和B選項好像在文中都有提及，但是那是具體的例子里的事情，不是對所有事情的概括，對不對？
那么確定C選項為正確答案。

當然，如果心里沒底的話，可以花時間再驗證一下C選項，提到了不同的工作。文中確實是說她是靠著一個paycheck到下一個paycheck的生活。但是并不代表是不同工作的paychecko
D選項，幾乎每樣支出都要check?paycheck雖然和check長得很像，但是不代表就是正確答案，反而能夠證明，D選項是在假裝自己是正確答案。
因此確定選項C與D同樣也不正確。
